Report: Scoping Study for the Narran Lakes and Lower Balonne floodplain management study. December 2002

The Narran Lakes are a Ramsar-listed wetland of international significance. Under the Ramsar Convention, Australia has an obligation to ensure that the ecological character of the Narran Lakes is retained.
