Darryl is an Environmental Scientist and Hydrologist with 16 years experience in the water and natural resources sector in both Government and consulting positions. He has been involved in dryland salinity monitoring and research projects of state and national significance and from 2002 to 2005 was a key member of the NSW Department of Land and Water Conservation Soils and Salinity Team, where he was involved in hydrological, soil and climate data collection for the modelling of salt transport from the landscape to the stream.

 

From 2007 to 2016 Darryl worked as a Water Resource Engineer with ACTEW Water in Canberra. Initially providing modelling support for the Future Water Options 2 project. Between 2010 and 2016 Darryl was responsible for the Storage Forecast modelling for the Canberra water supply system and developed numerous hydrological models in Source for the Canberra water supply catchments.
