Fish of the Menindee Lakes
The Menindee lakes in far western NSW are a social, economic and environmental asset to the local community and to Australia as a whole. They are an
important breeding ground for native birds and fish and are among the largest water storages in the Murray-Darling Basin.
The Menindee Lakes support diverse and abundant fish communities.
