Standard support and maintenance is free for the first year.
It includes:
- Access to updates and upgrades, including new production releases.
- Telephone and email support for installation/IT, basic software use and bug reporting (1300 5 WATER / [email protected]).
- Access to a range of supporting resources
- Access to the eWater Community Site.
Please note, to be eligible for updates, including new versions you must have a current Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA). If your SMA expires, you are required to bring it up to date from the time it expired to access the updates released from this time on. Upgrades must be installed while support is active.

Additional pre-paid support packages can purchased at a minimum of 8 hours. These are tailored to suit your needs, such as modelling assistance, peer review and plug-in development.
Additional support packages do not include access to functionality modules, these are to be purchased separately.
