    Abstract:
    Hide details for unnamed section
The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of rock-ramps in providing passage for Australian migratory fish.

The results of our assessment show that rock-ramp fishways can provide effective passage for Australian native migratory fish. They are a useful, simple and relatively low-cost adjunct to more formally engineered fishway designs, particularly for overcoming low barriers.
