Today is International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
At eWater Group, we are proud of the diversity of our workforce and the unique skills each person brings, and in turn, this rich expertise enables us to deliver projects that a reflective of the needs of the communities in which we work – both in Australia and internationally.
While our organisation might be small in size there is nothing small-scale about us. We have a large number of talented individuals who are playing a central role in advising and developing water management solutions throughout Australia and the Indo-Pacific region.
As an employer of choice, we have recruited and retained many STEM specialists across hydrology, software development and academia. These experts play a critical role in influencing, advising, and developing programs, policies and solutions for our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Not only have we recruited specialists across our hydrology and software development business, and our international development business, we have also achieved gender parity and diversity of expertise across our executive leadership and management teams as well the eWater Limited Board. We are proud of this achievement and will continue to strive to broaden these skills all parts of our organisation and board.
Today we celebrate our people and the communities in which they support.
