eWater Limited Board has set out its expectations for eWater Group for the 2025-26 business planning year
eWater Group has released its 2025–26 Statement of Expectations, reinforcing its commitment to a values-driven culture and continued delivery of the eWater Strategic Plan 2023–28.
In the statement, Greg Claydon, Chair, eWater Limited Board, on behalf of the eWL Board, outlined clear expectations regarding culture, values, and behaviours across the organisation as it works with owners, clients, and stakeholders both in Australia and internationally.
The 2025 Statement of Expectations emphasised the importance of collaboration with key delivery partners and applauded eWater staff who continue to embody the company’s values and vision in their work and engagement with our stakeholders.
Fostering a positive, creative, and inclusive workplace remains a top priority. The Statement also reaffirmed eWater’s zero-tolerance approach to fraud, corruption, harassment, and all forms of misconduct, while upholding commitments to child protection, human dignity, and the prevention of exploitation.
Transparency, accountability, and accuracy in all communications with the Board, clients, and the public are also highlighted, along with the importance of meeting Directors’ obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 and other relevant legislation.
This Statement sets a clear and strong foundation for the year ahead as eWater continues its mission to deliver sustainable water management solutions.
Recognising the findings of the latest staff survey, Mr. Claydon has recommended a participative review of the Strategic Plan in 2025 to strengthen alignment and shared understanding among staff.
