Standard support and maintenance is free for the first year.
It includes:
- Access to updates and upgrades, including production releases.
- Telephone and email support for installation/IT, basic software use and bug reporting (1300-5-WATER / [email protected]).
- Access to a range of support resources
- Access to eWater Community Site.
Please note, to be eligible for updates, including new versions you must have a current Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA). If your SMA expires, you are required to bring it up to date from the time it expired to access the updates released from this time on. Upgrades must be installed while support is active.

Customers with up to date SMA have access to detailed data on the quantity, duration and intensity of rainfall through the rainfall pluviograph database.
Additional support
Additional pre-paid support and maintenance packages can be purchased at a minimum of 8 hours. These are tailored to meet your needs, such as modelling assistance and peer review.
